He was the 2022 Realtor of the Year for GCAAR, was the 2009 GCAAR President, served on the Board of Bright MLS for seven years, was the 1999 Rookie of the Year and has won many other industry awards. Joe owned his own brokerage for 13 years and has trained many successful agents. In addition, Joe has built a large and successful social media presence. This is an opportunity to not only learn and to contribute to a fun, dynamic and close-knit group but it’s also a chance for you to grow personally, professionally and profitably. Summary: The Real Estate Assistant will provide general residential real estate brokerage support for Joe. The assistant will also receive training and coaching from Joe for the Assistant’s own business. When not doing work for Joe, the Assistant will pursue their own real estate business.
